B. Squat clean; build to a max
C. Paused front squat (2 second pause at the bottom) 2-3x6; rest 2 min

A. 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 125 - felt better with these 
B. 190 - barely missed 195, couldn't stand up with it

C. 155, 160, 165, 170, 175, 180x2 missed 3rd rep
