160# super easy! 45sec rest bw reps, wasn't tiring. Felt strong.

B. Muscle ups; amrap unbroken x6; rest 2 min

Tied my pr on set 1 with 7 but repeatability is better, happy with almost 4 for all other sets. Dip ended up wearing me out.
