This was terrible for me. I had no energy and after 500m of rowing I was in pain, I was having to try and pull so hard to just
keep it at a 1:57-1:58, I don't know what was wrong with me...I guess i was just taxed from yesterday.
Snatch was heavy today, pull just felt tired.

4 rounds for time:
Sandbag run 200m
barbell walking lunges 95# x20 sets
19:20- did all my lunges ub, but last 2 rds of sandbag run I dropped the bag at 100m and switched shoulders. I ran laps inside the gym, it was too cold out. I ran 4 laps which was = to about 200m. I felt like it was pretty good to keep my lunges ub. I did 40 total each rd- 20 per leg. Sandbag was about 40-50lbs.
