Hspu felt great! I rowed a 1:58-2 the whole time. My quads really burned towards the end, they were sore from wb. But hspu I did as follows-

I was super happy that I didn't have to break much, they felt really fast for theist part too. I felt like the really didn't limit me too much

185. Started at 165-175-185-190x had like ;15 left to try 190 and it wasnt long enough, barely missed it.
