195 and 200 were tough! Videod each set so I could watch to see if I was doing them correct and with good technique, didn't have any one there to help me but I think I did pretty good, at least until the 200#
B. Power snatch; 5 reps on the min for 10 min 53-75#
First 3 sets I did 65# next 3 70# and next 4 75#
