Double unders sucked, weirdest thing. Haven't sucked at double unders in a while, felt like I could jump.
Back squats were good until about 50 in then my lower back locked up, frustrating because my legs were fine but my back hurt so bad when I hit the bottom of the squat.
First 25 db snatch were a little slow but then I figured a way to do them to not hit my back and I think I did the last 25 i like a minute or 2. I did tng almost, it felt super light! I checked at one point toake sure it was a 50# the only reason my first 25 were slower was because my back was hurting and it hurt to squat am tighten my back to snatch it but then I just started muscle snatching them basically and bending over not squatting down to snatch it and it helped a lot.
Ready for training this week and weekend, I'm confident it will go better.
