These actually felt good! 135 was Moderate so I stopped there. I video taped one but forgot my phone at home today so can't upload it till later.
B. 30 burpee MU for time (12min time cap)

I had 21 at the 6:55 mark. These were a little harder than the Regional burpee MU, I think because the rings were so low at Regionals and I could jump into them. Kipping got me more tired I guess. My dip started to go the last 4-5 and I had to slow down a hair so I didn't fail the dip.
