DL BJ

Will do 5-4 on set of 9 on game day and try and shorten rest. Ate it on a BJ in the set of 15..got two pretty knots on my shins now but oh well. DL was toughest, felt wavy today and grip got tired in set of 15. Just need to have a mindset with this workout of knowing its a sun 5min workout and its over so fast and I need to just push hard and limit my rest. No time for extra rest in this workout.
