A. 102# - these felt so good! Super easy..I have video but having trouble uploading it right now.
B1. Complete. Felt much better at these today. Worked on making sure I was getting really low in the squat. Felt smoother and easier than last week.
B2. All ub, felt good on these as well. Focusing on keeping my body a little more tight when i kip to create more tension, it feels like it helps a lot.
