Thrusters: unbroken but last 10 were tougher in shoulders, felt like the bar was uneven in my hands
Pull-ups: have to be better, need to be tougher on theses. 8-4-3-3-3-3-3-3
Need to learn I can push through the burn on these my triceps and biceps start burning and I drop off the bar.
It is like. 1:30 pr over my last time when i used 35# but I want this to be sub 8. I think it has to be.
Legs were fine just shoulders and arms that burned. Not sure what to try differently except do better on pull-ups
