Held a 1:29-1:30 for all 400s got lazy on #8 and did a 1:31.

Tried to do a double at the end and stop at 5:30 to rest a few before the runs but missed and did a quick single and ran out the door. Did 2/2 then all singles. Fun session. Still super sore from ring dips.
