Ran out of gas on the last set, it was tough!

A. 175, missed 185, I could of got it if I would of ram with it but I got scared I would hit the rack. This is still a 15# pr but it has been a while.

B. 140..went for 145 and shoulders just gave out on me. This was tough.

- felt pretty good on these. Could do 3 real fast then slowed a little on last 2. Tried to get in a good habit/rhythm of going straight down into the burpee after the mu then resting a couple seconds before the mu instead of resting before the burpee.
