22 mu..2 more than last time. Felt much better on these today. Did 4 the first minute then 3 each minute after that. I just thought of the workout as EMOM 7min do 3 burpee mu and it helped a lot. the last 3 were tough but still got them. Also did these on rings hanging from 15' because I think that's how the rings will be at regionals. Makes a little difference maybe, not really sure.
