10/31 squats!!

31-Oct
A. Power snatch clusters 2.2.2x5; rest 20 sec/rest 2 min (tng)

65,70,75,80,85 - felt good! Wanted to focus on technique. I think it was pretty consistent. Here's a video 

B. Back squat clusters 3.3.3x5; rest 30 sec/rest 3 min

Was catious on weight and kept it lighter but felt good and feel like I can def do more next time!

Felt so good to do this, I actually think I squat better and a little lower now! Ya think?

I was breathing hard on this one! Arms got a bit tired too.
