These were tough, I started getting better at them each set. I had to let my toe tap the ground in the transition for assistance. Are they supposed to be hard? I watched cameille'a crossfit video of her explaining them and doing them but of course she makes them look effortless.

Done, broke up a lot towards the end

Done, these felt good, just got tired by set 4 and 5
