Felt good but dang it hurt once I finished. Legs and arms were so tired and that 15 min rest went by fast.

The first 750m was awful..once I got past 1000m I was able to start pushing harder and pick my pace up a little. My whole body was burning on this one. Mental challenge.

I'm worn out now, glad to rest up the rest of today and tomorrow! Fun week ahead.
