191 - PR! I think a 5cal pr from when I was in Scottsdale last December and a 12 cal PR from like a month ago. Felt good.
173 - still in pain from the first one
175 - recovered much better before this one than before the 2nd one

The second and 3rd one my legs just burned the whole time and I could only go so hard it felt like..I averaged 15-16 cal a min for the first 7 min during the 2nd &3rd ones then tried to go for 20ish a min..the first one I was able to hold 17-18 cal a min till the last 2min when I tried to push all out.

This was very painful but felt good to finish and felt good to pr on the first one. Not sure if my 2nd and 3rd set fell off to much but I'm sure it needs to improve
