Felt pretty good, just weird at first because I haven't power cleaned heavy in a while. But definitely feels stronger. Did this at faction today and Bledsoe was telling me to start thinking about working on not shooting my feet so wide. I can't seem to keep them in when I power clean or snatch. He said my pulls looked great though!

Did all this unbroken! I was very pumped to be able to do all the swings ub. My hips were so smoked. Mike bet me I couldn't do it ub because I originally thought I couldn't so then I had to.
