B. 5:48 - did 5x5 then 3s and ended with a set of 4. They def felt better and my squat felt stronger, shoulders still got tired. I get out if breath so easily on these and that's what makes it hard I feel like. When I really focused the reps felt easier. I think I can def do sub 5:30.
