Got 6 pull-ups into my last round. This was awful!
Rowed a 4min 1k then did pull-ups in 5's for 2.5 rds then went to 3's then 2's 1's on rd 4. Shoulder to oh was ub. So humid, I couldn't breath I felt like and that combo of row and s2o with pull-ups was not a good combo for me I felt like. Maybe I rowed a little fast but I didn't feel like I did.
