10 CTB chin ups (try to perform in sets of 3 or bigger minimum)
rest 3 min bw sets

HSPU all sets unbroken

Not sure what happened the first 2 sets...maybe I should have rested longer after the mu/hspu emom. But by the 3rd set I felt great and was doing ctb 7/3 not 4/3/3amd my burpees got faster too.
