Super happy with getting 170. Felt strong
B. 100# - first 5 felt weird and I was on my toes but then I got better and was learning to jump back more and just let myself drop into the squat and they felt much better
Running..dang this made my legs tired lol but it was fun, I haven't got to do running intervals like this in a while.
