85x12 95x12 100x12 105x10 105x10 (these are all done close grip or somewhat close) when I used to do regular it aggravated my shoulder so I just go narrower now
C. Laying DB tricep extensions; 12-15x6; rest 1 min
15# 15reps,15,15,14,13,12
These started burning!!
