This was fun! I got 8rds + 1hspu
Hspu were all 6/4
Ctb all 5/3/2
Pistols smooth
AD for 90-100seconds got over 20cal each time.
I felt good on this. I was able to maintain a pretty steady pace the whole time. It got tougher towards the end but didn't slow down much.
Upper back is a little sore but I feel good and ready to attack the week!!
This weekend felt like a break/easy compared to last ha.
