A. Squat clean; build to a tough single
Missed 195, caught it but couldn't stand up, feet a little too wide I think and lost power in coming out of the squat
B. 12 sets of 3 tng squat snatch @95# not for time (perfect reps)
Done, these felt good, had mike watch a few to make sure they were perfect. Here's videos of a few sets.
C1. Muscle ups; 6 for time x4; rest 1 min
ALL unbroken! Pumped about this. Felt very efficient with my mu tonight, figured out how to not lose power when stringin them together, all reps felt good not just the first. I got better each set. Last set I had to fight for the last one. But felt good. Here's video of sets 1,2,4.
