AM
A. Squat clean; build to a max in 10 min
195! warmed up with just the bar then started the clock. Did 85-115-125-145-155-165-175-185-195! decided to try for 200, went for it at the 10:30 mark but my hand slipped going into my 2nd pull so i called it since time was already up.
-  My pull just felt stronger today, soon as i pulled it off the ground i knew i would get it.

B. Squat snatch; amrap in 10 min @115#
36 reps - tough - had 28 at the 7:30 mark which was how long it took me to get 30 the other week so not far from that pace, didnt want to go faster because i was smoked last time i finished. had 30 done at 8 min mark then got 6 the last 2 min. 

Had to rest 20 minutes before i started the metcon below. My upper body and hips were so tired.

I was happy with these, i felt stronger on mu and wanted to take a chance and not do singles. I have a time break down after each set until the sets of 20 & 10 i didnt write those splits down if you want them. 

Couldnt do the double today. Would have had to do this at 5am this morning, going to do the double unders and rope climbs tomorrow in the pm.
