I got way more efficient at rope climbs each set. S2O got tougher each set. Not sure if I will be able to keep these unbroken..going to be a tough workout!

Bar MU Practice - suggestions? I don't know how to string these together well, not sure if it will be worth trying at the end of that workout or not..
Practiced popping the bar from front rack to back..here is 175. Got more comfortable with this.
