rd 1 - all ub
rd 2 - all ub
rd 3 - broke wb at 19 and 22, missed target. Tried to push for all 25, i should have got all 25 ub. CTB were ub! Had to re kip a few times on 6 and 9.
i almost thought about breaking CTb from the beginning but then i said screw it and just go for it and see what happens and im glad i did!
I dont like taper weeks! i get so used to the high training volume then it gets less and less.
