(did 28-hands starting ripping and called it) did 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1..missed #27..was on pace to pr till my hands started ripping. Old time is 9:50 something.
B. got through 2 sets and hands started ripping more so I stopped.

Had to airdyne instead of run because it started thunder storming outside.
Did 25cal per round
Thrusters 6-5-4 each rd
Burpees- slow..arms were smoked, felt so hard to push myself off the ground.
I felt like I hit a wall on this and it sucked. Mike says its the heat and humidity this week (it's been 100) because he's been hitting walls too, I feel like I can't breathe or catch my breath. It was frustrating.
