A. 275 - felt good then went to do 290 and got it like 3" off the floor. I used to have such a strong dl..

B. 110..tried 115 but didn't have it

8:30..wasn't bad, s2o felt much better than I expected. The heat got to me yesterday, I was spent when I finished
