C. Weighted strict CTB chin up; build to a 1rm
D. Toes to bar; amrap unbroken

A. 95, 95, 95, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115 felt great!!

C. 35#! Super surprised on this
D. 27, goal was 30 but couldn't hold on
