A. Done. All ub last 2 sets got a little harder
B. Done. All unbroken. Pretty easy. Shoulders were a little tired.

All ub but at a consistent pace. Felt good on this hands were just sore. 

Was today and yesterday more of a deload technique days since I'm testing so much on the weekends?
