B. Strict pull ups; amrap sets of 5 unbroken in 10 min

This felt good actually butt and arms were tired though! Ha

Surgery is tomorrow, I was pretty down all day and wasn't sure if I felt like training or not. Mike invited me to train with him which I knew I wouldn't get to do for a while so I chippered up and did it and had a great session and was very thankful I pushed myself and did it.
