These are hard! I almost failed rep 6 on set 5. The tempo makes it tough. Felt good though!
B. Ring dips; amrap unbroken x7; rest 90 seconds bw attempts
20-9-8-6-7-7-8 for a total of 65
Majority of these were strict. Out of habit I tried to kip a few with a baby kip lol
C. Hollow rocks; accumulate 5 min for time

Holy smokes these are tough! By far a the top of my most painful workout list lol. Def need stronger abs!

These burned! My poor legs are weak.
Did these to a box and my depth was right at parallel. Really focused on using my glutes and hamstrings. Felt good though, no pain.
