A. Hang squat snatch; build to a max
145 missed 155. Not sure why I jumped 10# when going for a max, but I did. I hit 150 in the workout last week. Tried 160 but missed it too. It's there I just think my technique is a little off. Showed mike my videos and he said I need to load my hamstrings more..

All at 115# felt good, no misses.

So 8min..last half took 6:28
Spent :10 getting the rower turned back on. So a little slower the second half but not much
