A. Hang squat snatch; build to a max

Missed 155 3x again..

B. HSS; 5 singles @83% of A; rest 90 seconds
5 reps at 125
- felt pretty good, just feels a little awkward still
C. Pistols; 30 reps AFAP
1:02- tried to go really fast and missed a rep

D. 64 pull ups for time

Biceps were pretty blown up after I did this, I think when I did it last weekend it took me just over 4min for the pull-ups. 
I had 40 done in 2ish minutes

I'm good on ring dips till I hit 30. I had 30 done in 3min then slowed down..

Did you see any thing last weekend judging wise or pacing/strategy wise that I may need to focus on, or does it seem like I'm doing things pretty good?

Ugh this was bad today, ran out of energy and got frustrated. Didn't eat enough today and was hungry during it.

Missed a mu in rd 2 and got mentally frustrated, they felt off today, didn't feel smooth or strong with them. Wanted to do this in under 10 and after just watching the girls go in the south east tonight it, it didn't help

They put up some good numbers

A. Hang squat snatch; build to a max

145 missed 155. Not sure why I jumped 10# when going for a max, but I did. I hit 150 in the workout last week. Tried 160 but missed it too. It's there I just think my technique is a little off. Showed mike my videos and he said I need to load my hamstrings more..

B. HSS; 7 singles @75% of A; rest 90 seconds

All at 115# felt good, no misses.

C. Pistols; 20 reps AFAP

:35- faster than last time!

Found a faster way to do the bj overs and bounded this time. DL I did 12/8 wb I did 10/10
6:00 when I started ring dips
Did 4/3/3/2/2/2/2/2 took 2min
So 8min..last half took 6:28
Spent :10 getting the rower turned back on. So a little slower the second half but not much

A. Hang squat snatch tech work; 15-20 min @<80% of your opening weight
for regionals

Spent 20min working up to 105# focused on technique and feeling comfortable 

B. HS walk technique work 20 min

Was averaging almost. 20ft each attempt, some more some less. Really tried to focus on keeping my feet together, here's my last set.
