Training - 9/24 - 9/26

A. 10 min tech work - CTB chin ups - 4-5 sets of 7 with a few bar MU and ring MU mixed in
B. 10 min tech work - HSPU (E-ROM, paralette, kipping....) did a few kipping, a few at 3" deficit with weight plates and a few with paralettes. Had trouble getting comfortable and in a good position with paralettes
C. 10 min tech work - row sprints - max 100 m/set - few solid push ups b/t sets - did 5 sets of 75m sprint and 5-10 pushups

120 min hike/walk
(unloaded/unplugged - prefer rougher undulating terrain)
 
Took my dog Glow on a 75min walk at the dog part. It had slighly rough terrain (rocks and dirt ha)

A. standing triple jump practice - no max efforts - 10 min
B. reverse throw practice - 8# shot - no maxes - 10 min
+
30 min row @ easy pace - faster pace last 10 sec of every minute
